Abstract

This work addresses the importance of the strategy in the organization as possible trigger for the processes of innovation and business competitiveness. What are the corporate strategies for achieving organizational innovation?. "The fundamental question in the field of strategic management is how firms achieve and sustain competitive advantage". Research is geared towards organizational innovation factors such as productivity and labor flexibility, exploring in organizations the relationship between technological capacity and information systems as productivity variables. A mathematical model for estimating productivity based on technological capacity variables and information systems is also proposed.
