Dear participants of CICITEC 20201
It is a pleasure to publish the final program of our third edition of the International Congress of Engineering Sciences and Technology (CICITEC 2021) organized by the research and postgraduate coordination of the Faculty of Engineering Sciences and Technology, Autonomous University of Baja California, and the Revista de Ciencias Tecnológicas (RECIT). Where we will have the participation of 114 works from countries such as Malaysia, United States, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Saudi Arabia, Ireland, Ecuador, Italy, Cuba, France, and many states of the Mexican Republic

2.- Review the day and time of your talk and enter the entire block of presentations where your participation is included. An attendance registration link will be placed for recording the assistance
3.- You can invite colleagues and students to the group of talks. Admission is free for attendees (certificate of attendees will not be issued, only participants)
4.- The talk is free format and lasts 10 min with a 5 min question session
5.- Since some attendees are English-speaking, it is recommended to prepare the slides in English and those who do not speak the spoken language can present them in Spanish
6.- The final memories of the event will be published in the month of October with the abstracts with ISSN: 2594-245X
7.- The extensive articles are being published as they are refereed and corrected in the different volumes of the Revista de Ciencias Tecnológicas (RECIT), ISSN 2594-1925
8.- For reasons of internet connectivity at the time of the event, it is recommended to prepare a video of at least 10 min of your presentation to have it as a backup, in case the internet fails or you cannot present. The moderator or chair in case of any inconvenience can show the video and validate the participation.
9.- Verify which video conferencing platform will be used in your room and download the application if required in advance
10. Given the high number of jobs and time zone in different countries, it is not possible to modify the program, but in case it is required to contact us to review the situation and support participation
